The majority of housing units in the RVL Neighbourhood will consist of Independent Living suites - roomy, fully self-contained, 2- and 3-bedroom suites in a variety of dwelling styles including single-family, duplex, 4-plex and apartments for singles and couples - providing homes for up to 82 residents on a continuum of care. Older adults who wish to relocate from the family home will be supported to live independently in community while continuing to maintain their independent lifestyle .
